Hotel Policy

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: From 13:00 hrs to 19:00 hrs

• Check-Out: From 07:00 hrs to 11:00 hrs

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance upon request and are subject to availability and hotel occupancy.

Guest Identification

• Guests are required to present a valid booking confirmation number and a valid passport at the time of check-in.

Green Tax

• As per the Government of Maldives regulations, a Green Tax of USD 6 per person per night is applicable and will be collected at the hotel during check-out.

Rates & Payments

• All hotel charges are displayed in USD (United States Dollars).

• Accepted payment methods:

o Cash (USD and Euro)

o Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard & American Express)

• A secure payment link will be sent separately to the guest’s email or WhatsApp for advance payments when applicable.

• The hotel may pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

• An open credit facility is available to guests during their stay and must be settled before check-out.

• Turtle Maldives reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card for any outstanding balances or unpaid charges at the time of check-out unless otherwise arranged.

Children Policy

• Children below 2 years old stay free of charge, baby cot subject to availability.

• Children aged 2 to 11 years will be charged USD 20 per night on a bed & breakfast basis.

• Extra services and meals for children are charged at 50% of the normal adult rate.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation is available for reservations cancelled 3 days or more before arrival.

• If the reservation is cancelled less than 3 days before arrival, 20% of the booking amount will be charged.

• In the event of a No Show, the full reservation amount will be charged.

• Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary depending on the room type and promotion booked.

Booking Conditions

1. A minimum stay of one (1) night is required to make a reservation.

2. For any changes to an existing reservation, guests are requested to contact the hotel directly via:

3. Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and can be made free of charge.

4. For cancellations, guests must notify the hotel directly via:

5. If your credit card expires or card details change prior to arrival, please inform the hotel with the updated details.

6. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards before arrival.

7. Turtle Maldives reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, operational requirements, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, government regulations, or force majeure events beyond the hotel’s control.
