Hotel Policy
1- Guests are required to submit a valid booking confirmation number and a valid passport at the time of check in
2- The standard check-in time of the hotel is at 14:00 hours and standard check out time is at 12:00hrs
3- Early check in and late check out is available subject to availability and occupancy level of the hotel
4- The government of Maldives requires you to pay a green tax of $3 per person per night from 01st October 2016 onwards. The green tax will be collected at the hotel reception at the time of check out
5- All charges of the hotel are shown in USD
6- Methods of Payments: Cash (USD, Euro or Local Currency) and Credit Cards (Visa, Master, American Express)
7- Credit Facility: An open Credit facility is available to all the guests upon check-in and will have to be settled before check-out
8- Kids aged below 2 years will be accommodated on free of charge basis where a complementary baby cot is provided by the hotel
9- Kids aged below 12 years and above 2 years will be charged at the rate of $20 per night on bed and breakfast basis. And 50% of the normal rate on extras.
10- The hotel reserves the right to use your credit card details if there is any due payments at the time of check out (unless otherwise arranged)
11- Pets are NOT allowed
Cancellation Policy
If your reservation is cancelled prior to seven days of arrival date, there will be no charged applicable
If your reservation is cancelled less than seven days of arrival date, the full charge of the reservation will be applied
If you failed to show at the hotel on the arrival date (No Show), the full charge of the reservation will be applied

Booking Conditions
Minimum ONE night is required to make a booking at our hotel.
1. For any changes to your existing reservation please contact the hotel ( [email protected] ) directly.
2. For cancellations to your existing reservation, please notify the hotel ( [email protected] ) directly at least 24 hours prior to arrival; unless otherwise stated in the Hotel Policies below.
3. Should your credit card expire or your credit card details change prior to arrival, please contact the hotel directly with the amended details.
4. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit cards prior to arrival.
